Richmond Gateway Project
An exciting project to be built around the corner of No. 3 Road and Capstan Way in Richmond, B.C., as part of a 17 acre development bounded by No. 3 Road, Sea Island Way, Sexsmith Road and Capstan Way, right at the entrance to the Richmond Town Centre. The project, when completed, will have a well-balanced mix of retail, office, hotel, entertainment and residential uses, complemented by a wide varieties of community services and programs, such as senior and affordable housing, day-care, and public park with recreational facilities, topped by a public plaza with a new Canada Line station as the focal point.
